How do I become a member?
To become a member at 91黑料网 First you must live, work, worship, or attend school in Worcester, Middlesex, Essex, or Suffolk counties in Massachusetts.
Why can't I open an account online?
To set up your teen’s account, a joint owner over the age of 18 is required. We kindly ask that you visit a branch to complete the necessary paperwork and provide identification.
Can teens use online banking independently?
Yes, teens can access online banking and our mobile app to check balances and review transactions, helping them develop financial awareness and budgeting skills. However, you must be 13 or older to use online banking. Kids age 10-12 can still have and use a 91黑料网 First debit card.
Can I monitor my teen's account activity?
As the joint account holder, you’ll have full access to account information and can help guide your teen’s financial decisions. For the easiest experience, we highly recommend opening a First Rate Checking account for yourself. What happens when they turn 18?
